Scope & Purpose: Responsible for the overall cleanliness of common areas and final cleaning preparation of apartments; assist with grounds duties as needed.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Perform preparation in vacant apartments to ready for new residents within established time frame to include but not limited to cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, rooms and hallways and shampooing carpets.

2. Ensure all common areas (such as bathrooms, hallways, fitness center, clubhouse, laundry rooms etc) are cleaned including dusting, vacuuming, dusting, washing walls and windows, removal of cobwebs and shampooing carpets.

3. Perform grounds keeping duties if needed, such as picking up debris and planting flowers, clean dog stations.

4. May be required to arrive early, stay late and work weekend to assist in snow removal when needed.

5. Will be responsible to deliver internal mail, newsletters and post notices, to resident.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Perform preparation in vacant apartments to ready for new residents within establised time frame to include but not limited to cleaning of bathroons, kitchens, rooms and hallways and shampooing carpets.

2. Ensure all common areas (such as bathrooms, hallways, fitness center, clubhouse, laundry rooms etc) are cleaned including dusting, vacuuming, washing walls and windows, removal of cobwebs and shampooing carpets.

3. Prepare, setup, serve and clean up after continental breakfast on a daily basis.

4. Perform grounds keeping duties if needed, such as picking up debris and planing flowers, clean dog stations.

5. May be required to arrive early, stay late and work weekends to assist in snow removal as needed.

6. Will be responsible to deliver internal mail, newsletters and post notices to resident.

7. Perform light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, testing fire alarms and touch up painting.

Hours: Mon - Fri 5am - 2pm with occasional weekends. Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Fiduciary Real Estate Development is currently seeking a part-time limited term leasing agent for our property in Pewaukee, WI.

The main responsibility of the position includes marketing and leasing of available units.

Responsibilities include: - Marketing of property and open units - Assist in processing lease agreements, resident files, and daily reports - Perform move-in and move-out inspection procedures - Ensure all fair housing laws

Qualified candidates will have exceptional sales skills, good attention to detail, outstanding customer service skills and solid computer knowledge.

Position will be scheduled during the months of March - September with hours of Friday 9am - 5:30pm; every other Saturday & Sunday 10am - 5pm (the schedule varies from Saturday to Sunday).

Fiduciary Real Estate Development is looking for a Property Management Intern to work hands on with our Madison portfolio. This position would allow exposure to a variety of responsibilities including leasing, maintenance/grounds, cleaning and limited assistant manager responsibilities.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Leasing apartments and providing customer service
- Marketing via internet, paper and word of mouth
- Researching and setting up new vendors at the property
- Processing applications and assisting with move in/out process
- Inputting data into YARDI
- General office duties

We are looking for a “go getter” who has an pursuing a degree in either property management or real estate. Previous experience working in an office preferred along with 1 year of college completed.

Hours are school year: 20-25 hours per week and summer: 40 hours with occasional weekends.

Location is general Madison area, must have the ability to travel from East to West side.
