Scope & Purpose: Responsible for the overall cleanliness of common areas and final cleaning preparation of apartments; assist with grounds duties as needed.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Perform preparation in vacant apartments to ready for new residents within established time frame to include but not limited to cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, rooms and hallways and shampooing carpets.
2. Ensure all common areas (such as bathrooms, hallways, fitness center, clubhouse, laundry rooms etc) are cleaned including dusting, vacuuming, dusting, washing walls and windows, removal of cobwebs and shampooing carpets.
3. Perform grounds keeping duties if needed, such as picking up debris and planting flowers, clean dog stations.
4. May be required to arrive early, stay late and work weekend to assist in snow removal when needed.
5. Will be responsible to deliver internal mail, newsletters and post notices, to resident.

7. Perform light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, testing fire alarms and touch up painting.

Property Management Internship - Madison Area

Utility Technician - Milwaukee Area

Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc is looking for a part-time Utility Tech to be responsible for the overall appearance, basic up keep and light maintenance at an apartment complex in Milwaukee, WI.
Responsibilities include:
- Changing light bulbs, testing fire alarms, smoke detectors and touch up painting.
- Ensure all common areas (such as bathrooms, hallways, fitness center, clubhouse, etc) are cleaned including dusting, vacuuming, washing walls and windows, removal of cobwebs and shampooing carpets.
- Will perform seasonal grounds work to ensure grounds are clean and well maintained. This includes but is not limited to cleaning up debris, planting and weeding of flowers, lawn maintenance (watering, raking, applying fertilizers, insecticides and herbicides, seeding/laying sod etc), maintenance of sprinkler system if applicable etc.
- Clean dog stations.
- Responsible for clearing snow at property. If snow is more than1 inch or icy conditions exist, must report to
work by 6:00 am during week days and 7:00 am weekends.
